Incredibly friendly host, spectacular breakfast with home made ingredients, and very cosy room. Great recommendations for places to go in the area too. Very accommodating host. Bed was super comfortable, and it is a great location to head down to Freycinet National Park. We loved the freshly cooked breakfast in the warm and cosy dining room. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hosts were friendly but not intrusive, and had some good tips for exploring the surrounding area.

Stayed in a cozy B&B this past weekend. The location was perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The room had an excellent heating system and was very spacious. They had plenty of chocolates and port that were perfect to cap off the night. The breakfast was very generous and just enough to fuel you for a day of activities.

The bed was not that comfortable as advertised, and the shower lacked enough hot water. It was a bummer because those two aspects could have taken the stay to the next level.

We recently stayed at a charming and cozy bed and breakfast on the outskirts of town, surrounded by delightful gardens and a vineyard. the location is very convenient, being close to town with a great supermarket and general store nearby. the small but well-appointed bathroom provided plenty of hot water and the cooked breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the homely feel of the lush established gardens, small farm animals, and the country charm.

There were some mild maintenance issues that detracted from the overall positive experience.
