Incredibly friendly host, spectacular breakfast with home made ingredients, and very cosy room. Great recommendations for places to go in the area too. Very accommodating host. Bed was super comfortable, and it is a great location to head down to Freycinet National Park. We loved the freshly cooked breakfast in the warm and cosy dining room. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hosts were friendly but not intrusive, and had some good tips for exploring the surrounding area.

I chose Redcliffe House Colonial Bed & Breakfast because of its convenient location near the East Coast Heritage Museum. I was pleasantly surprised by the reliable service and professional staff. The fully cooked breakfast served in the two breakfast rooms of the main house was a delightful start to each day.
Draughty, dark room. Uncomfortable mattress.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place. The location in delightful gardens with a vineyard was simply breathtaking. The tranquility of being just at the edge of town in a quiet location was exactly what I needed. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were friendly and helpful. The room amenities were excellent, from the ironing facilities to the comfortable sitting area. I also loved that there was a dining table where I could enjoy my meals. The patio was a great place for relaxation, and the free toiletries provided were a nice touch. The electric kettle in the room was convenient for making hot drinks, and the television with a cd player provided entertainment. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room. The dining outdoor area was lovely and enhanced my dining experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable and allowed me to stay connected. the facilities provided here made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast, prepared with the utmost skill and care, was a gastronomic delight with fresh eggs from the chickens outside! Our lovely host made sure we settled in and even escorted us to the local tavern for dinner. Meeting Bobby the sheep was an unexpected highlight. The beautiful decor, spacious rooms, and charming gardens made us feel like we were in an English country home. The best part? The insider tips on local attractions from our friendly host. A perfect spot for exploring the beaches, wineries, and national park.

Stayed in a cozy B&B this past weekend. The location was perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The room had an excellent heating system and was very spacious. They had plenty of chocolates and port that were perfect to cap off the night. The breakfast was very generous and just enough to fuel you for a day of activities.
The bed was not that comfortable as advertised, and the shower lacked enough hot water. It was a bummer because those two aspects could have taken the stay to the next level.

Lovely garden and quiet location. the hosts are very welcoming and friendly, giving a personal touch to the stay. Nice breakfast and comfortable bed. Convenient location close to the city center and restaurants.
The room is overpriced for what it offers. Small, dated bathroom and old furniture.

We recently stayed at a charming and cozy bed and breakfast on the outskirts of town, surrounded by delightful gardens and a vineyard. the location is very convenient, being close to town with a great supermarket and general store nearby. the small but well-appointed bathroom provided plenty of hot water and the cooked breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the homely feel of the lush established gardens, small farm animals, and the country charm.
There were some mild maintenance issues that detracted from the overall positive experience.
